Ms. Frey maintains shared project management systems for the daily operations of research including managing the execution of internal project timelines, budgeted resources, reporting and audits. She is responsible for writing, reviewing and revising research policies. Her role is to assist in identifying grant funded resources and opportunities, analyze and oversee the development of relevant project proposals and budgets and recommend approval of them before submission to collaborators and review boards. Ms. Frey has an appointment as a primary full board reviewer with the VCU IRB.
