Amy Helming, PTA, serves as Sheltering Arms Institute’s care navigator, ensuring patients achieve their health goals with confidence and consistency. Motivated by a passion for helping others reach their full potential, Amy has built a rewarding career as a physical therapist assistant for several years. While balancing the joys of raising 3 sons, she has gained valuable experience in both outpatient and home health settings. Now, as a recent grandmother, she’s even more dedicated to this new chapter, eager to empower individuals toward optimal health.
