Haley Jacobs, PT, DPT, serves as a physical therapist at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Laburnum and Midtown outpatient centers. She treats patients with a variety of neurological and orthopedic conditions and utilizes an evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach to assist individuals in achieving their goals. Haley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory & Henry College. In her free time, Haley enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, playing soccer, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
