Jen Baker, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN is a physical therapist at our Reynolds outpatient center. She is certified in Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Jen is also certified as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and recently passed the recertification exam in 2024. Jen uses patient-centered, evidence-based treatment to help people get back to the activities that they love. She also has an interest in pelvic health and recently completed Pelvic Health 1 through the American Physical Therapy association.

Jen completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Biology at the State University of New York at Cortland and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. While at Cortland, she enjoyed participating in intercollegiate basketball, cross country, and track and field. In her free time, Jen loves to be on a trail to bike or hike as well as spending time with family, reading and yoga.
