Jennifer Williams, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Bon Air and Short Pump outpatient centers. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She began working with the pediatric population at an outpatient clinic in Chesapeake before transitioning to working with adults in the acute and subacute care settings. She joined the Sheltering Arms Institute team in May of 2023 and is especially interested in dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation. Her goal is to create a safe, motivating, fun, and functional therapy environment. In her free time, she can be found enjoying any one of her many hobbies.
