Kate Crowgey, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN, is a physical therapist at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Reynolds and Laburnum outpatient centers. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and is certified in dry needling. As a Kripalu yoga teacher with more than 12 years of experience, Kate enjoys integrating yoga therapy into her treatments. She also utilizes manual therapy, spinal manipulation, strength training, and functional movement to create holistic care plans. Kate received her B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from The College of William and Mary and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time, Kate enjoys teaching yoga, running, cycling, and hiking with her dog, Bubba.
