Kate Glassbrook, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN, is an outpatient physical therapist and Orthopedics Clinical Leader at Sheltering Arms Institute in Richmond, Virginia. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist with advanced training in dry needling, manual therapy, and spinal manipulation.

Kate provides holistic, evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy focused on improving movement, strength, and function. She integrates principles from yoga therapy and functional movement into her care and draws on more than 14 years of experience as a Kripalu-trained yoga teacher (E-RYT 500). Kate provides care in both English and Spanish.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from The College of William & Mary and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
