Kierstan Gastrock, PT, DPT, NCS, Cert. DN, is the spinal cord injury clinical leader at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Hanover outpatient center. She specializes in comprehensive neurologic care and is certified in Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) Moves as well as dry needling.
She is an alumnus of Virginia Tech and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University. Kierstan enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
