Lisa Berman practices at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Chester outpatient center. She is a comprehensive physical therapist and enjoys the diversity of treating a wide range of patients in the orthopedic setting across the lifespan. Lisa is recognized for her manual, hands-on approach to rehabilitation, combined with functional exercise to assist patients in achieving their goals.
Lisa earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in geography from Mary Washington College. She has certifications in manual therapy and two distinct types of dry needling.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys gardening, hiking, Frisbee sports, and yoga.
