Rosie Kelly, PT, DPT, NCS, is a physical therapist at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Hanover outpatient center, but she also spends time at Bon Air and Reynolds serving patients with vestibular conditions. She specializes in adult neurological conditions. Rosie graduated from the University of Georgia and received her DPT from Emory University in Atlanta. Rosie enjoys reading, playing with her Boston terrier named Bubbles, listening to music, and anything chocolate.
