Roxanne Williams, PT, DPT is a physical therapist specializing in industrial rehabilitation at the Sheltering Arms Chester Center location. Roxanne is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator (CWCE). She performs functional capacity evaluations as well as impairment ratings. She also coordinates the Chester clinic’s work hardening program. Roxanne also has a background in orthopedics, hand therapy, and working with performing artists.

She studied music at Virginia Commonwealth University before receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

In her free time, Roxanne enjoys playing music, being outdoors, and traveling.
