WEEKLY EDUCATION SERIES • 11a.m.-12 p.m.

Beginning: June 2nd and running every Friday through June 23rd

While every stroke is unique, many of the challenges survivors face are similar. Working with trained rehabilitation professionals is essential, however, sharing your recovery experience with fellow stroke survivors and caregivers can also help you regain your strength, courage, and independence. We are here to provide support to stroke survivors and caregivers as you work to recover and get back to living.
  • Learn how to balance your schedule for optimal rest and recovery
  • Engage in how you can turn any activity into rehab
  • Learn tips on better communication with caregivers
  • Learn new mindfulness techniques
