Why We Walk, Run & Roll

Your support helps fund rehabilitation programs, innovative therapy tools, and life-changing services for individuals navigating limb loss or limb difference.

Walk, Run, Roll is more than just a community event — it’s a powerful expression of unity, resilience, and hope.

Each year, individuals and families come together not only to celebrate movement in all forms but to stand in solidarity with those living with limb loss and limb difference. Whether you’re crossing the finish line, cheering from the sidelines, or volunteering your time, you’re part of something bigger: a movement for awareness, accessibility, and support.

This event shines a spotlight on the strength of the human spirit — reminding us that mobility comes in many forms and that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Proceeds from Walk, Run, Roll directly support The Sheltering Arms Foundation, helping to fund advanced rehabilitation programs, adaptive technology, patient scholarships, and initiatives that promote independence and improved quality of life for individuals navigating physical challenges.

When you participate, you’re not just taking steps — you’re helping someone else take theirs.
