How Much Should You Exercise?

The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggest a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise of moderately intense aerobic activity every week. Muscle strengthening workouts should be done twice a week that activate all major muscle groups.
