Cait is a physical therapist working at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Bon Air and Reynolds outpatient center. A Pennsylvania native, she went to Penn State for undergrad where she received her BS in Biology and was a Division 1 athlete on the Track and Cross Country teams. She then attended George Washington University in Washington DC for PT school. She became interested in concussion partly due to her background as an athlete, but also because it merges her interests in orthopedic and neurological rehab.
Cait joined the Sheltering Arms Concussion Team in February 2016. She became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist in 2020 and currently co-facilitates the Concussion Support Group.
When she’s not in the clinic, Cait enjoys spending time at the river, beach, or lake with her husband Phil and their dog Harper.
