Meridith Dunford, PT, MSPT, OCS, Cert DN is a Physical Therapist at Sheltering Arms Institute’s Reynolds center. She specializes in general
orthopedics, as well as spine and temporomandibular joint conditions. She utilizes manual therapy techniques and is certified in Dry
Needling.

Meridith graduated from William & Mary, and received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy Degree from The Medical College of
Virginia.

Meridith enjoys running and camping. Her free time is spent being active and spending as much time outdoors as possible with her
family.
