Understanding Chaplain Services
Yes, our weekly non-denominational worship service is held each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in our interfaith chapel on the first floor of Sheltering Arms Institute’s inpatient rehabilitation hospital. All current patients are welcome to attend, however, attendance is optional.
Current and discharged patients of Sheltering Arms Institute are welcome to attend the weekly worship service in addition to family members, caregivers, and friends of current or former patients.
In addition to weekly group worship services, personal chaplaincy services are available to patients who are currently receiving inpatient rehabilitation at Sheltering Arms Institute. These services include spiritual visitations, requests for prayer, rituals and sacraments, grief counseling, spiritual consultation, religious holiday observation, and more.
