MyLife Assistive Technology Educational Series: Low Tech Options

This education series explores how assistive technology empowers individuals to control their surroundings, enhancing independence and quality of life. This series will cover devices, troubleshooting, introduction to user training and funding options to ensure effective use of the highlighted device.

This session will explore low-tech assistive technology – simple yet effective tools that support individuals with daily activities. Participants will learn about a variety of options as well as touching on the  benefits, implementation and funding options. The session will include a hands-on opportunity to trial various low-tech options, allowing participants to experience their functionality and adaptability firsthand.
