Join us for our 2024 Community Partners Expo and visit with other local non-profit organizations to learn about the services they provide to patients and family members during or after graduation from physical rehabilitation! No registration required.

This presentation will entail opportunities that are offered following inpatient rehabilitation discharge. It will discuss ways to increase intensity and frequency of rehabilitation through outpatient physical therapy and fitness and wellness services. It will help you understand and navigate through fitness and wellness services to discover which program will provide you the most appropriate benefits to help achieve therapy and personal goals following therapy graduation. Lastly, this presentation will highlight if and when it is appropriate to return to physical therapy.
